CENO Pneumatic / hydraulic rotary union series consists of single channel, axial rotary unions with hydrostatically released ceramic contact seals and an automatic alignment compensation system, which ensures that the contact seals always have full surface contact. The hydrostatic release ensures that the friction moment is low, which also means that wear is minimal even under high pressure. As a result P/H rotary union can be operated at high pressures and at high speeds simultaneously.
The micro-gap system allows emulsions to be switched off without causing any leakage impulses, allowing the system to run dry at full speed without being pressurized by medium pressure. Spindle or hybrid ball bearings installed in high-precision steel housings ensure robust and smooth operation.
P/H rotary union is mainly used for internal coolant supply in machine tool spindles, transferring the following media: emulsion, oil, water, air or oil-air mixture.
