Rotary joint is a kind of special rotary joint for low speed and high pressure multi-medium and multi-channel equipment, serving for machining center turntable, hydraulic workstation, coiler, converter, large packaging turntable, hydraulic machinery, multi-channel high pressure controller and other equipment.
Multi-channel rotary joint series: side thread connection and front thread connection two types.These two connector series can simultaneously transport gas, vacuum, water, coolant and steam, and they can be mixed without interference.
In order to extend the service life of the multi-channel rotary joint, we need to carry out routine maintenance, which requires the following aspects:
1. Keep the rotary joint drum and pipe internal clean, attention should be paid to new equipment, if necessary, filter should be added to prevent foreign bodies caused by abnormal wear of the rotary joint.
2. If the machine is not used for a long time, it will lead to scaling and rust of the multi-channel rotary joint.When reusing, please pay attention to clogging or dripping.
3. Please use the oiler to inject oil regularly so that the rotary joint bearing can operate normally.
4. The rotary joint of circulating heat medium should be heated gradually, and the temperature should not change rapidly.
5. Check the wear and thickness of the sealing surface, observe the friction track of the sealing surface, and see if there are three points of discontinuity or scratches.If so, please replace it with a new one.
6. Rotating joints should be handled carefully and collision is strictly prohibited to avoid loss of joint components.
7. Foreign matter is strictly prohibited to enter the rotary joint.
8. Do not idle the multi-channel rotary joint for a long time, and do not regularly inject oil for a long time to prevent rust.
